Traditional carpet cleaners often use old cleaning methods that use soaps, detergents and chemicals which attach to the carpet fibers and act as a magnet for dirt and other unwanted substances. Included in our cleaning process is a revolutionary, non-toxic, water-based cleaning agent called "Zr Clean™". Zr Clean™ is enhanced water that is electrolyzed and oxidized to create a powerful cleaning solution without harmful toxins or chemicals and is 100% green.
Our zr lifter® uses counter-rotating brushes to dislodge trapped hair, dead skin, and deeply embedded dirt from your carpet without harming the fibers. It gets out all the stuff your vacuum simply can't get to.
Our patent-pending zr wand™ uses a remarkable 180° loop spray to rinse your carpet fibers completely. This incredible tool effectively removes all of the garbage in your carpets (including the soapy residues the other guys left behind), without flooding your carpets.

Zerorez® is proud to have achieved Platinum Certification from The Carpet and Rug Institute. Platinum Certification is only awarded to processes that remove at least 90% of available soil.

The carpets dried pretty quickly - I didn't use the fast dry option. There was a pleasant clean smell not too overwhelming nor was the carpet sticky afterwards. We added the level one on to our basement carpet as our pets had accidents and as the carpet dried and after it was dry there was no funky smell. The carpet felt new again it was nice and fluffy to walk across.

Highly recommend. Staff person took great care and time on highly trafficked or stained areas. All carpet was pretreated and one stain in particular resolved with that. Corner guards were used to keep hose from running against my walls and stair case columns. Staff person was pleasant, worked hard, took time, and explained process etc. Pricing was reasonable.

I had a different company clean the same carpets a few days prior to this and was left extremely disappointed. Toes/fronts of stairs seemed to skipped all together. Was a "special" if booked this month. This other company spent 30 min on my carpets and it showed. ZeroRez spent just over 2 hours and that doesn't include the walk through, set up and cleanup. Completely different experience and outcomes. No comparison.
